PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article including a top sheet suppressed in formation of wrinkles, and excellent in touch and drying property after absorption.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes a top sheet, a back sheet and an absorber. The absorbent article is such that: the top sheet has a first top sheet, and a second top sheet provided in a skin non-contact face side； the first top sheet is formed with a projection in a prescribed pattern on a skin contact face side by partial connection with the second top sheet； the projection is surrounded with a plurality of junctions making a nearly pentagonal shape； each side of one of the nearly pentagonal patterns is arranged so as to be common with one side of the another nearly pentagonal pattern adjacent to each other； dot-like joint points are applied along each of the sides in a point where the four sides of the nearly pentagonal pattern cross and the vicinity thereof； and nearly Y-shape joint points applied along each of three sides including an intersection are formed in the vicinity of a point where the three sides of the nearly pentagonal pattern cross.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
