Provided is an ointment which has excellent drug stability and excellent drug uniformity.The ointment, which comprises 1-5 wt% of 1-[2-[(4S)-4-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinolin-1-yl]-4-pyridyl]-2,3-bis(hydroxymethyl)-6,7-dimethoxynaphthalene 3/2 hydrate, 3-7 wt% of a separation inhibitor, 15-50 wt% of a gelled hydrocarbon, a pH controller and 0.05-0.4 wt% of an antioxidant, has excellent drug stability and excellent drug dispersibility. In this ointment, polyoxyethylene (196) polyoxypropylene (67) glycol is preferred as the separation inhibitor, diisopropanolamine is preferred as the pH controller, and dibutylhydroxytoluene is preferred as the antioxidant.La présente invention concerne un onguent qui possède une excellente stabilité de médicament et une excellente uniformité de médicament. Ledit onguent, qui comprend entre 1 et 5 % en poids de 1-[2-[(4S)-4-hydroxy-1,2,3,4-tétrahydroquinolin-1-yle]-4-pyridyle]-2,3-bis(hydroxyméthyle)-6,7-diméthoxynaphthalène 3/2 hydrate, 3 à 7 % en poids dun inhibiteur de séparation, 15 à 50 % en poids dun hydrocarbure gélifié, un régulateur de pH, et entre 0,05 et 0,4 % en poids dun antioxydant, présente une excellente stabilité de médicament et une excellente dispersabilité de médicament.
