PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting block for dental CAD/CAM having a relatively simple structure, having excellent versatility and productivity, and providing high reproducibility of aesthetic appearance of natural teeth.SOLUTION: A resin block for dental CAD/CAM is formed by superposing a dentine-repairing resin layer and an enamel-repairing resin layer, where at least the dentine the dentine-repairing resin layer includes light-diffusing particles and the resin block for dental CAD/CAM is characterized in having a specific diffusion ratio.
