PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental CAD/CAM cutting block, with a relatively simple structure, having superior versatility and productivity and having high reproducibility of the aesthetic appearance of a natural tooth.SOLUTION: The dental CAD/CAM resin block is formed by superposing a dentine repair resin layer and an enamel repair resin layer, where at least the dentine repair resin layer includes light diffusive particles and has a specific diffusion ratio.
