PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for alignment processing with three-dimensional medical image data.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes an image generation part, an alignment part, and a display control part. The image generation part generates X-ray image data from an X-ray signal detected by an X-ray detector for detecting an X-ray that is emitted from an X-ray tube and transmits a subject. The alignment part aligns the X-ray image data and three-dimensional medical image data using projection data used for reconfiguration of the three-dimensional medical image data collected from the subject by a medical image diagnostic apparatus or two-dimensional image data, which is projection image data generated from the three-dimensional medical image data beforehand. The display control part superimposes the aligned three-dimensional medical image data on the X-ray image data and causes the data to be displayed in a predetermined display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
