PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-permeable panel used for a system toilet for an animal, which can avoid the risk of dung dropping and the complexity of a work on the treatment of the dungs, when used for the system toilet for the animal.SOLUTION: The liquid-permeable panel 3 to be put on a portion on which an animal directly steps in the system toilet 1 for the animal is characterized in that 15 degree bending strength defined as 0.2 to 10 N. Herein, the 15 degree bending strength is a load at an angle &thetas； of 15 degree between a horizontal line including the lowest point of a concave portion and an inclined line for binding the lowest point to either of a pair of both the sides, on the cross-sectional view of the concave portion, when the central portion of the liquid-permeable panel is loaded with a circular plunger having a diameter of 8 mm at the tip from a direction vertical to the flat surface at a speed of 500 mm/min in a state supporting a pair of both the sides facing each other in a direction Y in the plan view of the liquid-permeable panel 3, thus deforming the liquid-permeable panel 3 in the concave state in a direction X.【課題】動物用トイレの使用において、糞の処理時に糞の落下の危険や作業の煩雑さを回避することのできる、動物用システムトイレ用の液透過パネルを提供すること。【解決手段】動物用システムトイレ１において動物が直接乗る部分に載置される液透過パネル３であって、下記で定義される１５度曲げ強度が０．２Ｎ以上１０Ｎ以下である液透過パネル。ここで、１５度曲げ強度は、液透過パネル３の平面視におけるＹ方向の向かい合う一組の両辺を支持した状態で、先端が直径８ｍｍの円形プランジャーで、平面に垂直な方向から液透過パネルの中央部を、５００ｍｍ／ｍｉｎの速度で荷重をかけて、Ｘ方向に沿って凹部状に変形させ、該凹部の断面視において、該凹部の最下点を含む水平線と、前記最下点と前記両辺の何れかとを結ぶ傾斜線とのがなす各θが１５度における荷重である。【選択図】図７
