Disclosed is a capsule formulation for preventing or treating allergic rhinitis and asthma, which comprises two separate layers of: (1) a Montelukast layer comprising montelukast or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and (2) a Levocetirizine layer comprising levocetirizine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof； and a method for the preparation thereof. The capsule formulation according to the present invention can completely separate two active ingredients, thereby minimizing the reactivity between them and improving product stability against aging effects, and thus, can optimize the therapeutic effects.揭示的是一種用於預防或治療過敏性鼻炎以及氣喘之膠囊調配物，其包含二個分開的層：(1)蒙特魯卡斯特(Montelukast)層，包含蒙特魯卡斯特或其藥學上可接受之鹽；以及(2)左旋西替利(LEVOCETIRIZINE)層，包含左旋西替利或其藥學上可接受鹽；以及其製備方法。如本發明之膠囊調配物可完全地分開二個活性成份，藉此使其等間之反應性最小且改善產物對抗老化作用之安定性，因此可使治療效果最佳。
