The cleaning device further includes a frame (10) with a first axis (A1) between the first end portion (11) and the second end portion (12), and a second axis (A2) perpendicular to the first axis (A1). The brush (20) is provided with a rotational axis (20R) which is slanted relative to the first axis (A1). A rotatable brush (20A-D) for cleaning a submerged surface is described as well.
