The present invention relates to a composition comprising polyol for manufacturing soft polyurethane foam. The polyol is at least one material selected among hydrocarbon polyol, vegetable oil, and dimer acid derived from vegetable oil, or a mixture of any one material selected among hydrocarbon polyol, vegetable oil, and dimer acid derived from vegetable oil. Also, provided are an impregnated material for impregnating a cosmetic composition, and a urethane foam composition for manufacturing the same.
