The present invention has an object to provide a paste composition having a high thickening effect to an oil material such as a silicone oil and giving a silky and light feeling without poor spreading properties and without such feelings as an oily, a sticky, and an oil-film feeling and an object to provide a cosmetic containing it wherein the paste composition comprises (I) an organopolysiloxane obtained by an addition polymerization of a polysiloxane mixture containing (i) one or more organohydrogen polysiloxane and (ii) one or more organopolysiloxane having an aliphatic unsaturated group and (II) at least one oil material that is a liquid at 25° C., selected from a silicone oil, a hydrocarbon oil, an ester oil, a natural plant and animal oil, and a semi-synthetic oil.
