The present disclosure is related to controlled flow electrolyzed acidic water, for the wounds treatment, preferably in those related to the diabetic foot, obtaining unexpected results in patient cures. The present invention is characterized in that the same is used for the treatment of wounds since it is beneficial at an antisepsis level, but its main characteristic is related to the use of the same as a biofilm remover and provident and also as an anti-biofilm in the wounds treatment, acting also as oxidations regulator in the injured tissue that is also related to the inflammation control.La presente invención, tiene como finalidad de emplear el agua ácida electrolizada de flujo controlado (SAEFC), en el tratamiento de heridas y preferentemente en las del pie diabético obteniendo resultados inesperados de curaciones en los pacientes. Se caracteriza por que se emplea para el tratamiento de heridas puede tener beneficios a nivel antisepsia, pero su principal característica es porque es utilizada para remover la biopelícula y como anti-biopelícula en el tratamiento de heridas, además también es un regulador de oxidaciones en el tejido lesionado que están relacionadas con el control de la inflamación.
