The present invention relates to a deodorizing apparatus which is installed in a facility treating contaminated water such as a sewage disposal plant, a human excreta treatment plant, etc., to remove bad smell which is generated when treating the contaminated water. More specifically, the deodorizing apparatus comprises: individual collection pipes which collect bad smells from treatment tanks, such as a filter tank, a precipitation tank, a concentration tank, etc., to transfer the same a main collection pipe which is connected to the plurality of individual collection pipes to consolidate the bad smells transferred therefrom, and transfers the same to a deodorizing device a suction device which provides transferring force for bad smell dwelt in the main collection pipe and the deodorizing device which filters the bad smell transferred from the suction device.
