The medical device includes a power circuit coupled to the surface-acoustic-wave receiving structure. The power circuit includes a power storage circuit for storing the power signal. The medical device includes a medical circuit comprising a stimulation circuit, a monitoring circuit, and possibly other components. The stimulation circuit provides stimulation to the human body.
