PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a baked egg by granite porphyry after bamboo charcoal coating, and a method for producing a bamboo charcoal-mixed coating liquid.SOLUTION: As the method for producing a bamboo charcoal-mixed coating liquid, using a bamboo charcoal, a natural resin is mixed into guar gum and sodium alginate. In the method for producing a based egg by granite porphyry after bamboo charcoal coating, the selection and cleaning of hen eggs and cleaning are performed, aging is performed at a temperature about 45°C for 48 hr, the surface of each hen egg is coated with a bamboo charcoal-mixed liquid, and drying is performed at ordinary temperature.
