According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a mobile device-combined skin care apparatus. The mobile device-combined skin care apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body combined onto one side of a mobile device； a stimulus providing portion of which one part is exposed toward the outside of the main body, contacted or non-contacted to the skin of a user, and delivering a skin stimulus including at least one among a vibration stimulus, an ion stimulus, and a far-infrared ray stimulus to the skin of a user； and an interface portion connected to the mobile device, and delivering a control signal which is transferred from the mobile device to the stimulus providing portion. The control signal for controlling the stimulus providing portion, may comprise: environment information including at least one among weather information, season information, time information, and location information of the user that the mobile device receives in real time through external wired and wireless communications networks； and a skin stimulus pattern which becomes a control pattern of the stimulus providing portion by being calculated through skin condition information of the user.본 발명의 일 실시예에 의해 모바일 기기 결합식 피부미용기기가 제공된다.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 모바일 기기 결합식 피부미용기기는, 모바일 기기의 일 측에 결합되는 본체와, 일부분이 본체의 외측으로 노출되고 사용자의 피부에 접촉 또는 비접촉하여 진동 자극, 이온 자극, 원적외선 자극 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 피부자극을 사용자의 피부에 전달하는 자극제공부와, 모바일 기기에 접속되어 모바일 기기로부터 전송되는 제어신호를 자극제공부로 전달하는 인터페이스부를 포함하되, 제어신호는, 자극제공부를 제어하는 신호로, 모바일 기기가 외부 유선 및 무선 통신망을 통하여 실시간으로 전달받은 날씨 정보, 계절 정보, 시간 정보 및 사용자의 위치 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 환경 정보와, 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 통하여 산출되어 자극제공부의 제어 패턴이 되는 피부자극 패턴을 포함할 수 있다.
