PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that even containers and caps vacuum stopper-executed in a factory are stored in a stopper-executed state as they are, without evacuation, after purchasing, cap opening and use, leading to difficulty of preventing deterioration of taste and freshness due to oxidation.SOLUTION: A container and a cap without tight stopping are put in an evacuation box the evacuation box is covered with an evacuation box lid and stopped tightly the evacuation box and the inside of the container are evacuated by a vacuum pump and the container and the cap are held and stopped by inserting fingers into finger cot parts of the evacuation box and the evacuation box lid.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来は、工場で真空施栓された容器とキャップも、購入後、開栓使用した後は真空にしないで、そのまま施栓して保存するしかなく、酸化され味覚、鮮度の劣化を防ぐことができなかった。【解決手段】 真空形成ボックスに容器とキャップを密栓しないで入れ、真空形成ボックス蓋をかぶせ、密封して真空ポンプで真空形成ボックスと容器内を真空にして,真空形成ボックスと真空形成ボックス蓋の指サック部に指を入れて,容器とキャップをおさえて施栓する形状を特徴とする。【選択図】図1
