The present invention refers to a Laser therapy system for a treatment of a cornea and/or sclera (21) of an eye (20) to correct its refractive system, comprising:a dispenser (1) for a photosensitizer agenta 3D imaging unit (2)an image processing unit (9) adapted to recognize a first collagen tissue structure and a first orientation of respective collagen fibers thereina UVA light source (3) adapted to a crosslinking within the collagen tissue structurean optical system (5) for deflecting and focusing the UVA light on a focus point (13) behind an aperture (8) within the imaging volume anda processing and control unit (10) adapted to receive data relating to a refractive error of the eye (20), to determine a second collagen tissue structure with new corrective collagen crosslinks, such as to achieve a minimized refractive error of the eye (20) and a UVA light energy to induce the new corrective collagen crosslinks and to control the optical system (5) and the UVA light source (3) accordingly.
