The present invention relates to a pneumatic massage apparatus, and more particularly to, a pneumatic massage apparatus comprising: a cylinder； a piston vertically reciprocating in the cylinder； a main hose serving as a passage for supplying and returning air by the vertical reciprocation of the piston； a valve connected to the main hose to open/close a pneumatic pressure； an airbag connected to the valve and performing an acupressure function by using supplied pneumatic pressure； and a driving part for providing rotating power.
