The present invention relates to an automatic level maintenance stretcher apparatus and an automatic level maintenance method for a stretcher using the same, wherein the level of a stretcher is maintained even at an inclined location, thereby keeping the safety of a patient delivered by the stretcher and uniformly distributing force to rescue workers delivering the patient. To achieve the purpose, the present invention is directed to an automatic level maintenance stretcher apparatus comprising: a frame a bed member having a rectangular shape, connected to be able to rotate in a biaxial direction with respect to the frame, and delivering the patient while the patient is fixed lying a handle fixed to the frame, and including a grasp part for lifting the frame so as to deliver the patient an inclination sensor for sensing an inclination degree of the bed member with respect to the level an electric cylinder connected between the frame and the bed member to adjust the position of the bed member with respect to the frame and a controller for receiving an inclination signal from the inclination sensor to determine the position of the bed member and operating the electric cylinder on the basis of the determined result.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 경사진 곳에서도 들것(Stretcher)이 수평을 유지하여 이 들것에 의해 수송되는 환자의 안전을 유지하고 들것을 이용하여 환자를 수송하는 구조대원에게도 힘이 고르게 분배되도록 하기 위한 자동 수평유지 스트레처 장치 및 이를 이용한 스트레쳐의 자동 수평유지 방법에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징은 자동 수평유지 스트레쳐 장치로서, 프레임 직사각 형태를 갖고 상기 프레임에 대하여 2축 방향 회전운동이 가능하도록 연결되며, 환자를 눕혀서 고정시킨 상태로 수송하기 위한 베드부재 상기 프레임에 고정되며 환자를 수송하기 위하여 상기 프레임을 들어 올릴 수 있도록 파지부를 구비하는 손잡이 상기 베드부재가 수평에 대하여 경사진 정도를 감지하는 경사센서 상기 프레임과 상기 베드부재 사이에 연결되어 상기 프레임에 대한 상기 베드부재의 자세를 조정하기 위한 전동 실린더 및 상기 경사센서로부터 경사진 신호를 전송받아 상기 베드부재의 자세를 판단하고 이에 기초하여 상기 전동 실린더부를 작동시키는 제어부를 포함한다.
