PURPOSE: Cosmetic composition is provided to not only have the smooth and the moisture function with securing the molding stability but also let to control the moisture function by controlling the content of polyhydric alcohol and oily component which included in the sulfide binder of Polyol in oil. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cosmetic composition comprises (a) a step of manufacturing the sulfide binder of Polyol in oil by mixing oily component and polyol in oil； and (b) a step of pulverizing after mixing the powdery component and polyol in oil of the (a) step.본 발명은 화장료 조성물 총 중량을 기준으로 다음을 포함하는 색조 화장료 조성물을 제공한다: (ⅰ) 유상 성분 1-15 중량% 및 다가알코올(Polyol) 1-15 중량%를 포함하는 유중다가알코올(Polyol in Oil) 유화물 바인더 2-30 중량%； 및 (ⅱ) 분말(粉末)성분 70-98 중량%. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 성형안정성을 확보하면서도 부드러운 발림성 및 보습감이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 유중다가알코올 유화물 바인더에 포함되는 다가알코올 및 유상성분의 함량을 조정하여 보습성을 조정할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
