PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system widening the visual field of an operator further and making deeper angularity possible.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic system comprises: a bed with a top plate 28 for mounting an object an X-ray tube 11 an X-ray detector 12 an &Omega arm 13 for supporting the X-ray tube 11 and the X-ray detector 12 from both end parts an arm holder 15 and a slider base 17 for rotatably and movably supporting the &Omega arm 13 and elevating and lowering mechanisms 21 and 22 provided between the X-ray tube 11 and the &Omega arm 13 for elevating and lowering the X-ray tube 11 relative to the object.
