PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image photographing apparatus and a tomosynthesis photographing method which can enlarge the angle of view of X-ray or reduce the swing angle of an X-ray source with a simple configuration and without enlarging the size of the apparatus.SOLUTION: The X-ray image photographing apparatus comprises a photographing section which irradiates a subject with X-rays from the X-ray source while moving the X-ray source in one direction and changing the swing angle of the X-ray source, detects X-rays transmitted through the subject using an X-ray detector, and acquires projection data of a plurality of X-ray images with different imaging angles by tomosynthesis photography, and an image processing section which reconstructs an X-ray tomographic image of a cross-section at a predetermined height of the subject by using the projection data of the plurality of X-ray images acquired by the photographing section. The photographing section has an inclination angle changing section which changes the inclination angle of a photographing surface of the X-ray detector with respect to the moving direction of the X-ray source without moving the X-ray detector in the moving direction or in the direction opposite to the moving direction of the X-ray source, and a synchronous control section which controls and changes the position of the X-ray source and the inclination angle of the imaging surface of the X-ray detector in a synchronizing manner.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡単な構成で装置サイズを増大させることなく、X線の画角を大きくする、ないしは、X線源の首振り角度を小さくすることができるX線画像撮影装置およびトモシンセシス撮影方法を提供する。【解決手段】X線画像撮影装置は、トモシンセシス撮影により、X線源を一方向に移動しつつ、首振り角度を変えてX線源からX線を被写体に照射し、被写体を透過したX線をX線検出器で検出して、撮影角度の異なる複数枚のX線画像の投影データを取得する撮影部と、撮影部によって取得された複数枚のX線画像の投影データを用いて、被写体の所定高さの断面におけるX線断層画像を再構成する画像処理部とを備える。撮影部は、X線検出器をX線源の移動方向ないしその逆方向に移動することなく、X線検出器の撮像面の、X線源の移動方向に対する傾斜角度を変更する傾斜角度変更部と、X線源の位置とX線検出器の撮像面の傾斜角度とを同期して変化させるように制御する同期制御部とを備える。【選択図】図1
