The double coating method for a transdermal patch is capable of continuously producing transdermal patches within a single production line by completing a production of a product by firstly coating and drying an adhesive on a film, attaching a supporter to the coating layer after firstly drying, secondarily coating and drying a top surface of the first coating layer after attaching the supporter and separating the film, re-laminating the separated film to the first coating layer by transferring the separated film after secondarily drying, and then winding the product.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 경피용 패치 2단 코팅방법에 관한 것으로서, 종래에는 1차 코팅액과 2차 코팅액을 혼합하여 코팅하는 경우 2차 코팅액인 약액의 손실이 크고 피부 흡수 효율이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었고, 1차, 2차 코팅액을 혼합하여 코팅하지 못하는 경우에는, 1차 코팅 건조, 필름분리, 2차 코팅 건조를 각각 서로 다른 장비에서 작업해야하는 문제가 있었다. 본 발명은 필름 위에 1차 코팅한 후 1차 건조하고, 1차 건조 후 지지체를 코팅층에 부착하며, 지지체 부착 후 필름을 분리한후 1차 코팅층 상면에 2차코팅을 수행하여 2차 건조를 수행하고, 2차 건조 후 상기 분리된 필름을 이송시켜 다시 재합지시켜 제품 제조를 완료하여 권취함으로써 하나의 생산라인에서 연속공정으로 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
