The poly(organic silicon oxide) particles are selected among silsesquioxanes, polysilsesquioxanes which are prepared by reaction of siloxanes or silica, silsesquioxane-siloxane polymers, silsesquioxane-silica polymers, silsesquioxane-siloxane-silica polymers, and silsesquioxane-siloxane polymers.
