The present invention relates to a moxibustion treating device having a color light treating function. A vertical pipe for treating acupuncture capable being used as a needle or inserting the needle penetrates an upper surface and a lower surface of a body. When an operation button installed in the body is pressed, a controlling unit installed inside the body operates a heating body or lights color light of a predetermined wavelength range for color light treatment of the body. A moxibustion plate installed in the bottom of the body transfers heat of the heating body to acupoint part skins of the human body while operating the heating body. The color light discharged from the body to an inside of the vertical pipe while lighting the light source is irradiated to an acupoint part of the human body by being reflected toward a lower part of the vertical pipe with a reflecting unit installed inside the vertical pipe.
