The present invention provides a surgical device, which comprises an expansion ring made of elastic material, and an endoscopic apparatus. The expansion ring is positionable in an incision for expansion of the incision and has an inner ring surface that defines a channel. The endoscopic apparatus has a flexible tube, which is movably positionable between the incision and an outer ring surface of the expansion ring and a camera device mounted at one end of the flexible tube. The expansion ring may expand the incision in a circular shape by applying a force in a homogeneous manner through 360 degrees, so as to prevent causing pulling damage to the incision and naturally position the endoscopic apparatus between the outer ring surface of the expansion ring and the incision for observation of in vivo conditions.
