The present invention provides an elastic bandage for any limb or part of the body that require thermal treatment and compression due to injuries, covering the 5 steps of the P.R.I.C.E. treatment (protection, rest, ice, compression and elevation) for the soon recovery of the patient. The bandage comprises fastening means for thermal means, so that cold is transferred from the thermal means to the injured part of the body, the bandage being used for wearing and simultaneously treating the injured zone in a thermal manner, the bandage comprises: a) a sprain and tear produced by a single stressing incident, or that may gradually occur after continuous repetitions of a movement. b) The bandage being adjacent and connected to the body for fastening the thermal means against the injured area, so that the cold and compression being transferred between the thermal means and the injured part. c) A stitched pocket with bags of gel for retaining cold.La presente invención provee un vendaje elástico para cualquier extremidad o parte del cuerpo que necesite tratamiento térmico y de compresión por una lesión, abarcando los 5 pasos del tratamiento P.R.I.C.E. (protección, descanso, hielo, compresión y elevación), para su pronta recuperación. El vendaje que comprende medios de sujeción para un medio térmico, tal que el frío se transfiere desde el medio térmico a la zona corporal lesionada, el vendaje es para vestir de forma simultánea y tratar térmicamente la zona corporal lesionada, el vendaje comprende: a) un esguince y desgarre producido por un solo incidente estresante, o que puede surgir gradualmente después de continuas repeticiones de un movimiento. b) Lo que significa que es adyacente y se conecta al cuerpo para sujetar el medio térmico contra el área del cuerpo lesionada tal que el frío y la compresión se transfieren entre el medio térmico y la parte del cuerpo lesionada. c) Un bolsillo cosido con paquetes de gel de retención frío.
