The present invention provides a shifting assist mobility aids including a loading component, a shelf, a fastener, a moving component and a brake. Furthermore, the shelf including a first surface and a separated second surface, and the loading component is connected to the first surface, and the moving component is connected to the second surface. The moving component includes a first extreme point and an opposite second extreme point. The shelf is able to move on the moving component which makes the loading component which connecting to the first surface of the shelf being out of the first extreme point, or being between the first extreme point and the second extreme point. The fastener combines the shelf and the moving component, and the fastener can fasten the shelf on the moving component. The brake is connected on the moving component which can halt the moving component.
