PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for binocular function tests for strabismus, simultaneous perception and the like.SOLUTION: A device for binocular function tests includes: a first medium which includes a first image including a first element and a second element having a hue and color saturation in common with the first element and having a different brightness, a second image including the first and second elements and formed in a position different from the position of the first image, and a third element constituting at least the peripheries of the first and second images and a second medium which gives a binocular parallax. When observed through the second medium, the first element is observed by one eye in the first image and observed by the other eye in the second image. When observed through the second medium, the second element is observed by the other eye in the first image and observed by one eye in the second image.
