The present invention relates to a plant cultivating apparatus using artificial light, wherein the growth of plants is promoted by achieving smooth oxygen supply to the roots of plants following the use of a small amount of nutrient fluid via a method of spraying the nutrient fluid via a nozzle, and wherein earth or artificial soil is not used and maintenance is easy, and, once a nutrient-fluid-storing unit has been detached, cleaning is easy and hygienic, and the growth of plants can be maximised by cyclically shutting off and supplying artificial light having a wavelength beneficial to the growth of plants. The plant cultivating apparatus of the present invention, which is intended to achieve the above aim, comprises: a cultivation housing comprising a nutrient-fluid-storing unit having an internal space able to accommodate a nutrient fluid for plant cultivation, and comprising a cultivation bed formed on the upper surface of the nutrient-fluid-storing unit and formed so as to have cultivation pots in which plant seeds rest; and a main body housing comprising a support unit on which the nutrient-fluid-storing unit rests, and comprising a head unit which is formed over the upper surface of the cultivation bed and is equipped with artificial light for growing the plants resting in the cultivation pots of the cultivation bed. And the internal space of the nutrient-fluid-storing unit is further equipped with: a nozzle for supplying the nutrient fluid to the seed in the cultivation bed; a submerged pump for injecting the nutrient fluid into the nozzle; and a floating valve for measuring the water level in the nutrient-fluid-storing unit.La présente invention concerne un appareil de culture de plante utilisant de la lumière artificielle, la croissance de plantes étant favorisée en obtenant une alimentation régulière en oxygène des racines des plantes suite à l'utilisation d'une petite quantité de fluide nutriment grâce à une méthode de pulvérisation du fluide nutriment
