PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic probe maintenance device each of which can easily compare initial value and a measurement value of transmission/reception sensitivity measurement of an ultrasonic probe with each other.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the embodiment includes a storage part, a comparison part and an evaluation part. The storage part is provided in an ultrasonic probe. The storage part prestores an initial value of a transmission/reception sensitivity measured for each channel of the ultrasonic probe. The comparison part compares a newly measured transmission/reception sensitivity with the initial value.
