This invention provides a composition with higher stability of linoleic acid and/or a derivative thereof over time.More specifically, the invention provides a composition comprising a continuous phase, and multilayer liposomes dispersed in the continuous phase, the continuous phase comprising at least one member selected from the group consisting of carboxy vinyl polymer or a salt thereof and cellulosic polymer, the multilayer liposomes comprising a cationized polymer in their layers and encapsulating a linoleic acid and/or a derivative thereof.
