The present invention provides a method for treating cancer in an individual using activated T cells or PBMC induced by antigen presenting cells (eg, dendritic cells) that have taken up multiple tumor antigen peptides. The method may further comprise administering to the individual antigen presenting cells that have taken up multiple tumor antigen peptides. This method may be used alone or in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Customized precision therapy is provided for an individual using neoantigenic peptides or based on the mutational load in the individual's tumor. Further disclosed are methods of preparing activated T cells, observing therapy, and cloning tumor specific T cell receptors.
