PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing confectionery, capable of positioning dough, a method for manufacturing confectionery, and confectionery.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing confectionery includes: a taking-out device 40 taking out confectionery dough 100 burned in an oven 1 followed by conveying a molding part 7 for molding the dough in a prescribed shape and a conveying machine 5 receiving the dough 100 from the taking-out device 40 followed by conveying it to the molding part 7. The apparatus for manufacturing confectionery is such that the conveying machine 5 includes: a holding part 53 having two opposite holding surfaces and holding the dough 100 on the holding surfaces a positioning part for positioning the dough 100 in a direction parallel to the holding surfaces, between the two holding surfaces and a drive part for bringing the two holding surfaces into contact with or separating from each other.
