Provided are a cosmetic composition for protecting the skin comprised of a composition similar to an intercellular lipid of a skin barrier containing ceramide, glucosylceramide, and sphingolipid, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the cosmetic composition is manufactured as a composition of a liquid crystal shape using a component of a skin lipid existing on the outer skin. By including the nanoliposomized glucosylceramide as an active component, the present invention enables to easily penetrate through the skin as well as maximizing skin penetrability and moisturizing ability since the glucosylceramide is able to be reached to an inner skin layer.본 발명은 세라마이드(Ceramide) 및 당세라마이드(Glucosylceramide), 스핑고리피드(Sphingolipid)를 함유하는 피부 장벽의 세포간 지질과 유사한 조성으로 구성되는 피부 보호용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 화장료 조성물은 표피에 존재하는 피부 지질의 구성성분을 이용하여 액정 형태의 조성물로 제조하고, 여기에 나노리포좀화된 당세라마이드를 활성성분으로 포함시킴으로써, 피부 침투가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 진피층까지 당세라마이드가 도달할 수 있으므로 피부 침투성 및 보습력을 극대화할 수 있다.
