The present invention provides a root canal filler composition comprising: cement; and an absorbent liquid, wherein the cement comprises: tricalcium silicate (3CaOㆍSiO2) in which aluminium (Al) atoms are solid-soluted (Al solid-soluted C3S); dicalcium silicate (2CaOㆍSiO2) in which aluminium (Al) atoms are solid-soluted (Al solid-soluted C2S); and tricalcium aluminate (3CaOㆍAl2O3) in which silicon (Si) atoms are solid-soluted (Si solid-soluted C3A), the tricalcium aluminate being placed between one or more selected from the group consisting of the tricalcium silicate in which aluminium atoms are solid-soluted (Al solid-soluted C3S) and the dicalcium silicate in which aluminium atoms are solid-soluted (Al solid-soluted C2S). The present invention has effects of reducing the curing time and enhancing the compressive strength by preparing cement comprising aluminum solid-soluted tricalcium silicate, aluminum solid-soluted dicalcium silicate, and silicon solid-soluted tricalcium aluminate and using the cement as a root canal filler composition.
