PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation method of an artificial joint and an artificial bone head stem enabling a safe and firm initial fixation by reducing the health hazard caused by bone cement for use in an artificial bone head and artificial hip joint surgery in a surgery such as the medial femoral neck fracture and coxarthrosis in a case of the elderly and patients with inferior bone quality and low bone activity.SOLUTION: A layer for enabling bone cement fixation is formed in a part of a proximal section of a medullary cavity insertion part to be pushed in the medullary cavity and a bone guide part using no cement is formed in parts other than that to enable the osseous fixation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】 高齢者や骨質が悪く骨活動性が低い患者の場合、大腿骨頸部内側骨折や変形性股関節症の手術において、人工骨頭や人工股関節手術の際、使用する骨セメントによる健康被害を軽減して、より安全に、且つ強固な初期固定を可能にした人工関節及び人工骨頭用ステム固定方法を提供する。【解決手段】 髄腔に押し込まれる髄腔挿入部の近位部の一部に骨セメント固定が可能な層を作成し、それ以下の部分にセメント非使用の骨誘導部分を作成し骨性固定が可能となるようにした。【選択図】 図2
