The placement means comprises both: a first member 40 having an inclined placement surface 41a on which the plant supporter 30, 30A is placed; and a second member 50 for hanging and supporting the plant supporter 30, 30A in a state in which the plant supporter is held away from the bottom wall 21 of the storage tank 20.
