The present invention relates to a syringe coupling type automatic chemical liquid injection, and the main purpose of the present invention is to automatically inject a chemical liquid at an injection amount and an injection rate set by a user as a piston of the syringe is linearly moved forward and backward by a linear motor driven by a battery. To achieve this purpose, the syringe coupling type automatic chemical liquid injection apparatus of the present invention comprise: a case； a linear motor provided at the front side of the case； an operation rod penetrating the linear motor to protrude forward of the case, and being moved frontward and backward while being rotated by the linear motor, wherein a piston rod detachably inserted into a piston inside the syringe is coupled with the front end portion of the operation rod； a cap detachably coupled with the front of the case, coupled with the case while the piston is coupled with the front end portion of the operation rod, thereby preventing the departure of the syringe, and separated from the case to allow the separation and replacement and installation of the syringe； a controller provided in the case and controlling the operation of the linear motor according to the set injection amount and injection rate of chemical liquid； and a battery provided in the case to supply power to the linear motor and the controller.
