PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwear capable of giving contact force to a flexor group around a thigh part, which contributes to bending of knees and a hip joint in a region including the thigh part.SOLUTION: An underwear 100 includes: a cylindrical part 20 worn on a region including at least a part of thigh parts 34 and a waist part 32； and a belt part 10 which is disposed in the cylindrical part 20 and has stretchability to a degree for contacting a prescribed portion when worn on the body.
