An endosurgical device and method of use An endosurgical device comprising a flexible tube (1;31;1') 5 having at least two lengthwise extending channels (2,3,4,5; 2',3',4',5'), an end effector (8;30;34;36) comprising two opposite jaws (9,10;9',10';9'',10'') having opposite cutting edges, an effector sleeve (6) that surrounds the tube at least at the distal tube end, and means for reciprocating the end 10 effector (8;30;34;36) axially in relation to the effector sleeve (6) to close the jaws (9,10;9',10';9'',10'') when the effector sleeve (6) is moved forward and backwards to close and open the jaws (9,10;9',10';9'',10''), respectively. The exterior face of the opposite jaws (9,10;9',10';9'',10'') are 15 electrically insulated, and an electrical cord (14) for providing current to the end effector (8;30;34;36) extends inside one of the lengthwise extending channels of the tube. The endosurgical device may allow the surgeon to take several tissue specimens from an organ and to perform several 20 functionalities when the device is inside the organ.
