PURPOSE: Whipping syrup filled with gas, and a producing method thereof are provided to add nitrogen gas to syrup containing fruit pulps selected from strawberry or peach. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of whipping syrup filled with gas comprises the following steps: dissolving syrup ingredients in water, and adding a mixing stabilizer； sterilizing and cooling the mixture to obtain syrup； and filling the syrup with gas. The syrup ingredients are selected from the group consisting of strawberry, banana, melon, grapes, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, caramel, coffee, and chocolate. The mixing stabilizer is formed with 14-16wt% of gelatin, 14-16wt% of pectin, 54-56wt% of saccharide, and 14-16wt% of modified starch.
