The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing sensitive skin comprising a mixed extract of Quercus mongolica and Carpinus tschonoskii as an active ingredient. The inventors have conducted extensive research to treat, prevent, and alleviate sensitive skin. As a result of the research, it has been confirmed that among natural extracts, a mutual effect is increased in a mixed extract. In order to select an optimal combination ratio, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and 5-alpha reductase inhibitory activities were evaluated. Accordingly, a combination ratio of Quercus mongolica : Carpinus tschonoskii = 6 : 4 has been selected. Based on the combination ratio, studies such as evaluations on a cell survival rate and a keratinocyte membrane formation ability were conducted. As a result of the study, a combination of two natural ingredients has an excellent effect of alleviating sensitive skin. Thus, it is expected that the combination can be variously used in a field related to preventing, alleviating, or treating sensitive skin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 신갈나무 및 개서어나무 혼합추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 민감성 피부 치료 또는 예방용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명자들은 민감성 피부를 치료, 예방, 및 개선을 위하여 예의 연구한 결과, 천연추출물 중에는 혼합추출물에서 상호 효과가 상승한다는 것을 확인하고, 최적 조합비율을 선정하기 위해 항산화, 항염증 및 5알파 환원효소 억제 활성 평가를 진행하여 신갈나무 : 개서어나무 = 6 :4의 조합비율을 선정하고, 상기 조합비율을 바탕으로 세포 생존율 평가, 각질세포막 형성능 평가 등의 연구를 실시한 결과, 두 천연물 소재의 조합물이 우수한 민감성 피부 개선 효능이 있는 것을 도출하였는 바,이를 민감성 피부에 대한 예방, 개선 또는 치료를 위한 분야에 다양하게 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
