According to aspects of the present disclosure, methods and compositions are provided which relate to treating cancer in a subject in need thereof, including: administering 1) an anti-cancer immune therapeutic agent, and 2) a stimulator of p53 levels and/or p53 activity, as a combination formulation or separately, thereby increasing levels and/or activity of p53, and activating NK cell activity in the cancer, providing therapeutic benefits, converting a "cold tumor" into a "hot tumor" leading to a TME responsive to immunotherapy via tumor cell recognition and killing that is not dependent on T-cell mediated immunity.La présente invention concerne, selon certains aspects, des procédés et des compositions qui concernent le traitement du cancer chez un sujet en ayant besoin, comprenant : l'administration 1) d'un agent thérapeutique immunitaire anticancéreux et 2) d'un stimulateur des niveaux de p53 et/ ou de l'activité de p53, en tant que formulation de combinaison ou séparément, ce qui permet d'augmenter les niveaux et/ ou l'activité de p53 et d'activer l'activité des cellules NK dans le cancer, fournissant des bénéfices thérapeutiques, la conversion d'une "tumeur froide" en une "tumeur chaude" conduisant à un TME réactif à une immunothérapie par reconnaissance et destruction de cellules tumorales qui n'est pas dépendante de l'immunité à médiation par les lymphocytes T.
