Provided is a system for measuring a positional change of teeth using a jig, and a method therefor. The system for measuring the positional change of teeth using the jig, according to the present invention, comprises: the jig (100) coupled to a front side of a tooth； a scanning device (200) for obtaining an image of the jig (100) mounted on the tooth, specifically a first scanning image at a first inspection time and a second scanning image at a second inspection time after the first inspection time； and a computing device (300) calculating a first coordinate and a second coordinate respectively of the jig (100) corresponding to the first inspection time and the second inspection based on each of the first scanning image and the second scanning image, and calculating the positional change of the tooth for a moment between the first inspection time and the second inspection time by comparing the first coordinate and the second coordinate.지그를 이용한 치아의 위치 변화 측정 시스템 및 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 치아 위치 변화 측정 시스템은 치아의 전면 측에 결합하는 지그(100), 상기 치아에 장착된 지그(100)의 이미지를 얻는 스캔 장치(200)로서, 제1 검사 시기에 제1 스캔 이미지를 얻고 상기 제1 검사 시기 이후의 제2 검사 시기에 제2 스캔 이미지를 얻는 스캔 장치(200) 및 상기 제1 및 제2 스캔 이미지 각각에 기초하여 상기 제1 및 제2 검사 시기에 대응하는 상기 지그(100)의 제1 및 제2 좌표를 각각 산출하며, 상기 제1 및 제2 좌표를 비교하여 상기 제1 및 제2 검사 시기 사이의 시간 동안 상기 치아의 위치 변화를 산출하는 컴퓨팅 장치(300)；를 포함할 수 있다.
