The present invention provides a walnut husk-based cultivation medium capable of cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus and Hericium erinaceus over a short period with a high yield. According to the present invention, a method for preparing a walnut husk-based cultivation medium comprises: a step in which 80% of sawdust is combined with 5% of walnut husks, 12% of rice brans, 0.03% of calcium carbonate, and 2.97% of cottonseed hulls, and a sawdust-walnut husk blend is combined with appropriate amounts of rice brans, calcium carbonate, and cottonseed hulls to form a cultivation medium composition； a step in which the cultivation medium composition is additionally mixed with a nutritional supplement for mushrooms and packaged in a packaging apparatus, a plastic bag, and the like； and a step in which the packaged cultivation medium composition is plugged with a cotton plug, sterilized at 100°C for 5-6 hours, and cooled to room temperature to produce a walnut husk-based cultivation medium.본 발명은 느타리버섯, 노루궁뎅이버섯을 단기간에 고수율로 재배할 수 있는 호두피 배지를 제공하려는 것으로, 톱밥 80%에 호두피 5%와 미강 12%, 탄산칼슘 0.03%, 면실피 2.97%를 배합하고, 톱밥-호두피 배합물에 미강, 탄산칼슘, 면실피를 적당량 배합하여 배지조성물로 하는 단계； 상기 배지조성물에 버섯용 보조 영양제를 추가 혼합한 후 입봉기 및 비닐 봉지 등에 입봉하는 단계； 입봉된 배지조성물을 솜마개로 막고 100℃에서 5~6시간 살균하고, 상온으로 냉각하여호두피배지를 제조하는 방법을 특징으로 한다.
