The present invention relates to a heat fusion binding tape for gardening capable of tying a stem and a branch to a pillar or a casual string to allow horticultural crops or agricultural crops to grow properly. In addition, the present invention relates to the heat fusion binding tape for gardening and a method thereof. As a heat fusion binding tape for gardening is mounted on a binder for gardening capable of binding a binding tape in a heat fusion method instead of staples, both ends of the binding tape are partially melted by heat generated from a hot wire of a binder for gardening, and fused and bound. The present invention has effects of: solving a problem that a cut part or a binding part cut by being melted by heat generated from a hot wire is excessively stretched； providing a binding tape in a form of a film in which a binding part melted by the hot wire is not easily hardened； preventing static electricity which can be generated when using the binding tape, and easily dissipating static electricity generated in the surrounding； solving problems of damage to a binder for gardening and non-easiness of cutting and binding the binding tape, generated by the inflow of dust around or dirt particles due to static electricity acting in the binding tape； and preventing damage to a stem or a branch of crops due to the hardness of the binding tape by having flexibility in the form of a film.본 발명은 원예작물이나 농작물이 올바르게 성장하도록 줄기와 가지를 지주 또는 유인줄에 묶어주는 원예용 열융착 결속테이프에 관한 것으로서, 철침을 대신하여 열융착 방식으로 결속테이프를 결속시키는 원예용 결속기에 장착되어, 원예용 결속기의 열선에서 발생되는 열에 의하여 결속테이프의 양단이 일부 용융된 후 융착되어 결속되는 원예용 열융착 결속테이프 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.또한 본 발명은 열선에서 발생되는 열에 의하여 용융되어 절단되는 절단부 또는 접합부가 지나치게 늘어지는 문제를 해결하는 효과를 발휘하고； 열선에 의하여 용융된 결착부가 쉽게 경질화되지 아니하는 필름 형태의 결속테이프를 제공하는 효과를 발휘하며； 결속테이프의 사용시에 발생될 수 있는 정전기를 방지하고, 주변에서 발생된 정전기를 용이하게 소산시킬 수 있는 효과를 발휘하며； 결속테이프에서 작용하는 정전기로 인한 주변의 먼지 또는 흙입자의 유입 때문에 발생하는, 결속테이프의 절단과 결착의 비용이성과 원예용 결속기의 손상 문제를 해결하는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며； 필름 형태의 유연성을 가지기 때문에 결속테이프의 단단함으로 인한 농작물 줄기 또는 가지의 손상을 방지하는 효과
