Adhesive fascial tape comprising a composite material of natural fibers (cotton), artificial fibers (nylon, polyester and elastomer) or a combination thereof forming plied or cabled filament yarns forming an openwork structure with a plain, twill or satin weave of at least 3 and up to 10, which may be broken or crossed both in weft and in warp, and where the weft yarns (2) of the structure have a density of 1-35 picks/cm and the warp threads (3) 1-40 ends/cm. Attached to said tape is a lower layer (4) of synthetic acrylic resin adhesive comprising spaces or lines without adhesive (5), creating a symmetric repetitive sinuous pattern with an angle of 45° with respect to the weft.
