PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition for soft capsule filling obtained by dispersing a poorly oil-soluble component into an edible fat and oil as an active component, wherein the dispersibility of the poorly oil-soluble component in the edible fat and oil is further improved, and the increase of the hardness during storage is inhibited.SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid composition for soft capsule filling obtained by dispersing a poorly oil-soluble component into an edible fat and oil comprising (a) response monoglyceride with a carbon number of a main constituent fatty acid of 16-20, (b) response monoglyceride with a carbon number of a main constituent fatty acid of 22, (c) distilled monoglyceride, and (d) polyglycerol fatty acid ester with a carbon number of a main constituent fatty acid of 22.SELECTED DRAWING: None
