PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building air conditioner for solving such problems that a structure of increasing open air temperature through a flue (boiler) for producing combustion gas, and exhaust heat of a flue, or efficiently controlling a heat pump by using exhaust gas of a flue as a heat source is conventionally intended for using combustion gas of a flue for crop growth, and using exhaust heat for air conditioning in a greenhouse, but the structure which is for the use of combustion gas of a flue and the use of exhaust heat, and has no indication about a detailed structure and arrangement of machine parts is not considered as a device adapting to a site.SOLUTION: This building air conditioner is produced by installing a heater, a carbon dioxide generator, and a heat pump near the wall surface of a building, and installing on the heater, an air switching part equipped with an inhale fan, shutters of one side/the other side on the side in the longitudinal direction, and an inner air introduction hole on the side in the short direction. The blast pipe of the carbon dioxide generator, and the blast pipe of the heat pump are each positioned toward the air switching part, and each of the blast pipes is set with a duct opening in the building, and connecting one side shutter and an opening of the wall surface.【課題】 従来、燃焼ガス生成用の煙道(釜)と、煙道の排熱を介して外気を昇温し、又は煙道の排熱を、ヒートポンプの熱源とし、ヒートポンプを効率的に制御した構造がある。煙道の燃焼ガスを、作物の生育に利用し、排熱を、温室の冷暖房に利用する。しかし、煙道の燃焼ガスの利用と、排熱の利用であり、具体的な構造と、機材の配置に関する開示がなく、現場に即応した装置とは考えられない。【解決手段】 本発明は、建屋の壁面近傍に、暖房機と炭酸ガス発生装置、ヒートポンプを設け、暖房機に、吸込み用のファンと、長手方向の側面に一方・他方のシャツタと、並びに短手方向の側面に内気導入孔を設けた空気切換え部を設け、空気切換え部に向って、炭酸ガス発生装置の吹出し管、ヒートポンプの吹出し管がそれぞれ位置し、各吹出し管は、建屋内に開口し、一方のシャツタと壁面の開口とを連繋するダクトを設ける建屋の空調機である。【選択図】 図1
